Reset a User's Password

If you already know your current password and want to change it:

NOTE:

Any user can reset a password for their account.

  • Select your username on the left navigation
  • Click on Reset Password
    (or)
    Navigate to User Profile > Security Settings > PASSWORD and click on Reset Password
  • Under Set Password
    1. Enter your Current Password.
    * Forgot the Current Password, follow [Unlock a User's Account](doc:unlock-a-users-account) steps to generate temporary OTP (One Time Password).
    
    1. Enter New Password and Confirm Password.

Refer to Set Password Policy to satisfy the password criteria.

  • Click Submit.
