removeFieldInJSON
This operator removes the Field from a JSON object.
Operator Usage in Easy Mode
- Click + on the parent node.
- Enter the Remove field in Jsonoperator in the search field and select the operator from the Results to open the operator form.
- In the Input Table drop-down, enter or select a table from which to source the data.
- In the Json Column field, choose the column that contains the JSON object.
- In the Path field, enter the field path that needs to be removed from the JSON object.
- Click Run to view the result.
- Click Cancel to discard the operator form.
Usage Details
removeFieldInJson(inputTable: TableReference, jsonColumn: ColumnReference, path: String)
Input Parameters:
inputTable
(TableReference): The table containing the data to run this operator on.
jsonColumn
(ColumnReference): The column that contains JSON object.
path
(String): Field path that needs to be removed from JSON object.
Output
This operator will remove the field from the existing JSON object.
