What's New

Automation

• You can now build custom python scripts from within your playbooks. See Run Python scripts in playbooks.
• The new Micro Focus ArcSight Logger integration allows you to search events collected from the ArcSight Logger universal log management tool.
• The new Smartsheet integration connects with SmartSight to get events related to collaboration and work management.

Platform

• Obtain credentials from Hashicorp Vault to use in integration connections and data connections.

Case Management

• Cases can now be assigned to users or groups. When you assign a case to a group, any of the users in the group can work the case, and all of the group members receive case-related notifications. See Create Cases to Track Work in LogicHub.

Enhancements

• It is now easier to disable and delete users. See Manage Users.
• Filter form should support multiple filtering conditions
• Sparklines for the number of events on the Stream and Baseline pages. See Manage your Streams.
• Enhancements for alerts:
  a) Handle null values
  b) Batch results now have alert-Id
  c) The creation time now includes timezone and returns a long value when using fetchAlerts operator
