View Case Alerts

An alert calls attention to the results from a playbook step. When an alert is triggered, the alert message is posted on the Case Management > Alerts page.

The Alerts page includes these options for viewing information:

  • To find the alert of interest., use the search and filtering controls above the alerts table
  • To choose the columns to display, click the arrow to the right of the Columns icon above the table and select or deselect columns.
  • To view the alert details in the right-side panel, click an alert in the list.
