Edit your User Profile

Open your user profile to change your email address, change your password, and set preferences for case notifications and playbook editing.

Click your user name on the side menu and select User Profile.

• The Profile Data section lists your username, role, and email address. The email address is editable.
• The Case Notification section under Preferences allows you to determine the types of case notifications to be sent to you via email.
• The Playbook Editor section under Preferences allows you to select the playbook editor to use when you create or open a playbook. The default is to use the Easy Mode editor each time.
• The Password section allows you to reset your password.
