An alert calls attention to the results from a playbook step that creates an alerts view table.
You can create an alert in Advanced Mode and Easy Mode, which gives you the same alert form. The newly created alert will be listed on the Case Management > Alerts page.
On the alerts page:
- You can create custom queries to find the alerts that match the specified criteria.
- You can create a detailed search using the advanced option over the basic search filters.
